BURGER WITH BEETROOT CUTLETS

The Veggie Beetroot Burger is a great lean alternative to the classic burgers that are so popular these days. A vegetarian hamburger is prepared, or rather assembled from different ingredients, very easily and quickly.
Ingredients:
Bread loaf for hamburgers (you can use beetroot, carrot or whole grain) -1pc.
Beet cutlets (VEGANIC-frozen) -2 pcs.
Greek yogurt (4% fat) - 40g.
Parmesan cheese (fat content 26%) - 5g.
Horseradish -2g.
Pickled cucumber -30g.
Tomato - 40g.
Leaf salad -15g.

Cooking method:
Fry the beetroot cutlets in a pan (you can not grill) for 2-3 minutes on each side. The frying pan must be preheated and oiled with oil. beets instantly adhere to the surface.
We take a burger bun, put it in the microwave for 1 minute (it can be placed in a pan under the lid or grill), then cut the bun in half horizontally.
Lubricate the base of each bun half with Greek yogurt and sprinkle with pre-grated Parmisan cheese.
Cut the tomato and pickled cucumber into thin slices.
For the sauce, combine Greek yogurt, horseradish, and shredded parmisan. Add your favorite condiments.
On one base of the bun, put a leaf of lettuce, a beet cutlet (you can have 2 cutlets at once), lay out the chopped vegetables, first the pickled cucumber, then the tomato circles, and add the sauce on top.
On top of everything, cover with the second half of the bun.
Our burger is ready, bon appetit.
